Just keep swinging...
We're deep below the Devil's Thirst, in a narrow corridor in the middle of Flameheart's trap-filled lair. A cobbled-together ball of rock and glowing crystals swings from the ceiling like a pendulum. The rocky pendulum also houses two skeletons, BILL and BEN, who occupy opposite faces. They've been squashed into the pendulum so only their upper torsos remain, arms flailing. Their fingers glow with heat.
Bill: It's not that I mind guarding Flameheart's ship...
Bill: ...I mean, someone has to do it...
The pendulum continues to swing as Bill and Ben push it backwards and forwards between the cavern walls.
Bill: ...and swinging back and forth all day is fine once you get used to the motion sickness...
The pendulum continues to swing. Bill stares at his hands.
Bill: But why'd they have to give us lava fingers?
Bill: I can't even scratch my head without giving myself a seared skull.
The pendulum swings. Ben angles himself as best he can to look round at Bill.
Ben: Be thankful you don't need to use the bathroom any more.
Ben: "Burning sensation when you pee?"
Ben: "You might have lava fingers."
